The full tour

Everything a wedding actually needs.

Ten modules, made to work together. Each one is designed for the specific moment of planning it belongs to — quotes come with contracts, expenses know their currency, guests know their side, itineraries know their venue.

Vendors

A pipeline for every vendor conversation, from first quote to signed contract to deposits paid. Kanban lanes reflect the stage; each vendor row carries its quote, its notes, its due date, and its side visibility. Because sometimes only the groom's side needs to see who catered the sangeet.

Budget & expenses

Track expenses in any currency. Frankfurter live FX by default, locked rates for signed contracts, and payment-time FX on paid rows so history stays honest. Category budgets, running totals, and a real-time GBP-equivalent under every non-GBP amount.

Contributors

The people paying — parents, aunties, gifts from a grandparent, both of you personally. Each contributor has a colour, a side, and a running ledger. Expenses can be split with any preset (equal, weighted, or a mother-in-law's careful hand-picked share).

Bank accounts

First-class bank accounts and cards, so every payment knows which pocket it came from. Reconcile against your statement in an afternoon, not a weekend.

Splitwise-style balances

The end-of-planning maths, done. Balances net to a small number of transfers. Cross-side paybacks respect who's supposed to know what — a bride-side member never sees a groom-side contributor's identity as a counterparty.

Money dashboard

Widgets for the questions that actually matter at 2 a.m.: how much is left in the budget, how much is overdue this month, who owes whom, and which category is running hottest. Every number is live, sourced from real receipts.

Tasks & critical path

Tasks live along the timeline, not in a flat to-do list. The critical path from engagement to send-off is drawn for you; everything else hangs off a milestone. Gentle reminders, not shrill ones.

Guests & accommodation

The guest list, with sides, groups, per-event RSVPs, dietary notes, visa needs, plus-ones. Accommodation blocks with room-level allocation. A rooming report that reads like a wedding-day briefing sheet.

Itinerary & run-sheet

A minute-by-minute run-sheet for the day-of team — venues, transitions, calls. Print or share as PDF; the version the family sees can leave out the internal cues.

Sharing & scoped links

Share a wedding without giving out logins. A read-only link for the grandparents. A guest-only link for the MC. A time-boxed vendor link for the caterer. Every link has scope, expiry, and can be revoked in one click.
